UMG is partnered with Bright Horizons to help you get the best support for you and your family.

Back-up care for family

UMG will subsidize up to 10 annual days of center-based or home-based care for your child(ren) and elder loved ones.

You may use your dependent care FSA to pay for any out-of-pocket costs for your dependents.

• Center-based care co-pay:
• $15 per child/day
• $25 per family/day
• In-home care co-pay for children and adults: $6 per hour
• Out-of-network care: $100 reimbursement per day (if Bright Horizons is unable to secure care in your area)

Virtual Tutoring

Bright Horizons offers Virtual Tutoring as an option to provide on-line individual learning assistance for your children.

This provides up to 4 hours of online tutoring and will be considered one use of your 10 back-up care days subsidized by UMG.

You will receive waitlist preference and tuition discounts at participating Bright Horizons centers nationwide.

You can use My Bright Horizons, which is a personalized benefit navigation platform that connects you to programs and resources for family care, education, well-being, and career progression goals

Sittercity

With Bright Horizons, you can access Sittercity’s premium database of babysitters (with a waived membership fee at a value of $150).

Nanny placement services

Local agency support for recruiting, vetting, and hiring a nanny – with discounts!
