UMG helps eligible employees pay down qualifying student loans by making monthly payments directly toward your loan principal.

Who’s eligible

Full-time employees with a base salary of $150,000 or less as of January 1

How much does UMG contribute?

UMG’s contribution is an additional payment toward your loan principal. You’ll still need to make your regular monthly student loan payments.

Which loans qualify?

Your studnet loan must:

• Be in your name and for your own education
• Be issued by a qualified U.S. lender
• Be in good standing; eligible federal loans in forbearance may still qualify

Loans taken out by someone else or for another person’s education aren’t eligible.

How to Enroll

You’ll receive an email from Tuition.io approximately 1–2 weeks after your hire date with instructions to get started. 

1. Log into Tuition.io and select Student Loan Repayments
2. Add your loan information and upload a PDF of your student loan statement
3. Follow the prompts to activate your benefit
4. If you experience registration or login issues, reach out to support@tuition.io 

UMG payments begin the month after enrollment is complete. You must be actively employed when each monthly contribution is made.
