Mental health support when you need it
You and your eligible family members have access to 8 complimentary mental health coaching or therapy sessions each year, with virtual and in-person options available.
Not sure whether you need coaching, therapy, or something else? Complete a brief online assessment and Lyra will recommend care based on your needs.

Everyday work-life support
Lyra can also help with practical challenges outside of mental health care. Your benefit includes access to resources for:
- Legal matters: Receive an initial consultation with a network attorney or mediator, plus access to legal resources and discounted services when applicable.
- Identity theft: Get help from a Fraud Resolution Specialist if you’re dealing with identity theft or fraud.
- Childcare: Find resources and referrals for childcare, babysitting, summer care, special needs, and more.
- Elder care: Get help finding adult care, caregiver resources, long-term care options, and other support.
- Pet care: Access referrals for services such as pet sitting, boarding, and training.
Support for managers
Managers can also contact Lyra for confidential consultations with clinical specialists when they’re concerned about an employee’s mental wellbeing or need guidance navigating a difficult situation.
Manager consultations do not count toward your personal Lyra sessions.
