Open Enrollment | November 2-23, 2026

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review your benefits and make changes for 2027.

If you’re happy with your current benefits, most coverage will continue automatically — no action is needed.

You DO need to take action if you want to:

• Change your current benefit elections
• Add or remove eligible dependents
• Enroll in a Healthcare or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for 2027 (FSA elections do not automatically renew)
• Make other eligible benefit changes for 2027

Any changes you make during Open Enrollment will take effect January 1, 2027.

How to Enroll or Make Changes

UMG’s benefits portal moved to a new platform in September. If you haven’t registered since the transition, you’ll need to create a new account before you can access your benefits or make Open Enrollment changes.

Haven’t registered yet?

1. Go to umusicbenefits.com
2. Click Let’s go and Sign up
3. Enter your legal name and the requested information
4. If prompted, enter employer code: 267088
5. Follow the prompts to create your account
6. If you experience issues, call the UMG Benefits Service Center at 888-526-2794 (Monday to Friday, 8-5 pm PT)

Already registered on the new platform? Simply log in using your existing username and password.

To make benefits changes

• Online: Log into umusicbenefits.com and click the Annual Enrollment event to enroll
• By phone: Call the UMG Benefits Service Center at 888-526-2794.

Don’t forget about your FSA

If you want to contribute to a Healthcare FSA and/or Dependent Care FSA in 2027, you must actively enroll during Open Enrollment.

Your 2026 FSA election will not automatically carry over to 2027.

Already contributing to an HSA?

Your current HSA contribution amount will automatically continue into 2027.

If you want to increase your contribution to take advantage of the new 2027 IRS maximum, update your HSA election during Open Enrollment.

Ensure you and your dependents are covered

Your current benefits except FSA automatically continue, so there is no action needed if you don’t want to make any changes and don’t want to enroll in an FSA. However, this is a good time to ensure your dependents are enrolled in any dental or vision insurance.
