UMG’s Student Loan Assistance Program assists eligible employees with repayment of qualifying student loans, providing a head start toward financial well-being.

Who’s eligible

• Full-time employees with a base salary of $150,000 or less as of January 1

Monthly Contributions

• $100/month if your base salary is less than $100,000
• $50/month if your base salary is $100,001 – $150,000

Please note these are extra payments toward your principal and do not replace your regular monthly loan payments.

Loan Eligibility

• In your name, for your own education
  • If the loan is not under your name for your own education, that loan is not eligible for this benefit
• Issued by a qualified U.S. lender
• Must be in good standing (federal loans in forbearance still qualify)

How to Enroll

1. You will receive a Tuition.io email with enrollment instructions about 1-2 weeks after your hire date
   1. If you experience registration or login issues, reach out to support@tuition.io
2. Once logged in, click Student Loan Repaymentsand add your loan provider account information, including a PDF of your student loan statement
3. Click Add Loans on the dashboard and follow the instructions to set up your benefit

Payments start the month after enrollment is complete. You must be actively employed to receive each monthly contribution.
