Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

If you’re looking for help, Journey Proactive’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a great place to start.

The EAP provides all benefits-eligible employees and their household members with free 24/7 confidential counseling up to 8 sessions per person per issue.

Journey is staffed with trained clinicians available to support your wellbeing and lifestyle by providing:

  • In-the-moment support for emotional wellness
  • Short-term counseling support

The EAP also provides invaluable work-life resources such as assistance and referrals for caregiving, legal and financial advisors, and more.

  • Call 855-248-2478for immediate access to a trained clinician for counseling or to request work-life assistance

    • Use your UMG email to register for an account
